Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for all damaged in transit products within 24 hours of confirmed delivery for full refund. Please provide a photo of the product and it's original packaging.

We accept returns of faulty products within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If the manufacturer or supplier has a warranty on the product we will honor this and contact the organisations on your behalf.

A partial refund may be given after these time frames so please contact us if you have any issues with any product. 

Refunds will not be given on products used or worn that are not deemed faulty but are rather effect of use.

Refunds for Non Delivered Items will be issued should the tracking state delivery was not made. If tracking shows delivery was made and to the correct address as issued by yourself then you will need to contact your post office to see where they sent your parcel or where they left it on your property.

If a product was returned to sender and it was shipped from our office here in Rutherford we will contact you for correct address.

If it was sent from an International warehouse you will be refunded once we have been informed that the supplier has indeed received your parcel return.

There are no refunds on customised or personalised products unless there is a fault with the product.
